Masters adds “Windsurfers new to the sport will be blown away at what Bjorn Dunkerbeck, Laird Hamilton, Fred Haywood, Rush Randle, Robby Naish and their mates were doing on equipment twenty years old.”
“They’ll also be treated to visual angles not shot any more, due to the (expensive) liberal use of helicopters and scaffolds built in the surfline.”
The new DVD releases will include Emmy winning “Heart & Soul”, Emmy Nominated “Rigmarole”, “Rap & Roll”, “Fast Forward”, “Moving Target”, “Instant Replay”, “Splashback” and “Instant Replay”.

Classics to be Released
Robert Masters announced today that Master Communication plans to release their Emmy Award winning windsurfing videos on DVD. “It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while” Masters recently said. “The plan is to digitize the footage and completely re-master as many elements as possible.”
“It’s an exciting project, because to date, people have only seen our shows on TV or VHS. Until you see the shots at double the resolution of old home video, it’s hard to imagine how good the windsurf footage looks!”
