The intent of the media is to allow you to enter an alpha state while focusing on a positive message relating to the listener’s current experience. Aimed at transforming a negative emotion into a positive one without the use of drugs, this concept is a groundbreaking innovation in the world of media and self-improvement.
The program was produced and edited by Master Communication and is available in two formats – one video and one audio program have been created. These programs are available for watching or listening to at lifehut.com – and may also be downloaded for use on a device such as an iPod. Lifehut does not charge people for these programs – and does not require visitors to register on their site to view the materials. The company accepts contributions from people to offset their production costs – and to help fund future programs.
This is not the first time that the company has been there to meet a crisis head-on with a helpful drug-free tool to combat a variety of stressful situations. Their previous releases include programs for US troops and their families, for people who have lost everything in a natural disaster, for family members after the loss of a loved one – and a 20 minute general relaxation project.

Transitions During Challenging Times
Hawaiian based media relaxation specialists Lifehut have just released their latest in a series of media messages for people undergoing stressful times, entitled “Transitions: Finding Joy During Challenging Financial Times.”
Lifehut’s Dr. Richard Sword explains “with so much going on with the economy, job layoffs, home foreclosures, we realize that the stress level that some people are feeling is paralyzing. It is our mission statement as a company to help people during crisis.”

The brains behind the concept of this innovative form of “Psybercology” is pyschologist Richard M Sword, a graduate of The Saybrook Institute. For over twenty -five years, Dr Sword has helped thousands of people in post-traumatic situations, from US Veterans to survivors of plane crashes and other traumatic incidents.
Narrator Rosemary Kuulei Moore Sword is a spiritual Kahuna on the the Island of Maui. She shared the following regarding Finding Joy, "When Robert asked me to read the script for Finding Joy, I was amazed with the script. It's what I would share in a counseling session with people going through difficult financial times. Finding Joy assuages fears and apprehensions by placing focus on what is truly important in life - life itself. It is/was an honor to speak the words of this message." Rosemary is married to Dr. Richard Sword and works with him as a counselor.
According to Lifehut partner Barry Spanier “This program will allow people to get a good grip on their current situation, to accept where they are in their lives – and to face the new day with a clear mind. With clarity comes improved performance. Negativity and confusion are the enemies of good decision making.”
Lifehut’s videos are already used with success at the Maui Memorial Medical Center, where, according to Michael J. Rhodes, Patient Education and Community Outreach Coordinator, “We have used the “Relaxation Mastery” DVD on our closed circuit channels here at the Medical Center. This video is especially useful for patients who are anxious, as it quiets them and brings comfort.”
